Know your tax bill in September. Not April.
The Annual Service Plan is year-round tax care built on your actual IRS records. We watch your account, plan before the year closes, and put the surprises on the table while there is still time to do something about them.
Start your intakeApril should be a formality, not a reveal
Most people meet their tax bill once a year, all at once, when nothing can be changed. The withholding was short. The estimated payment was missed. The notice sat unopened. By filing season, every option is smaller than it was in September.
The plan exists to move that whole conversation earlier, onto facts instead of guesses.
Built on your IRS transcripts, not on guesswork
Every client relationship at GN starts the same way. You authorize us to see your IRS account, we pull the record, and we work from what the government actually has on file for you.
- Start the intakeA short form tells us who you are and what you need. No documents required yet.
- Authorize the transcript pullYou sign IRS Form 8821. It lets us view your IRS records. It does not give anyone power over your account.
- We read the recordWe review your transcripts, screen for missed refunds, and check where you stand before we plan anything.
- You get the planWe meet, walk through what the record shows, and map your year. Then we stay on watch.
What the plan includes
- IRS transcript monitoring. Your authorization stays on file, so we see what the IRS sees during the year, not after it.
- A written tax projection. Your expected bill, in writing, while the year can still be adjusted.
- A preseason planning meeting. We sit down before filing season and set the plan.
- Missed refund screening. We check open years for money the record says you may be owed.
- A direct line during the year. Tax questions go to your tax people, not to a search engine.
Plain pricing
The price is the price. The preseason rate is a real discount for joining before filing season, and it is shown next to the standard rate so you can see exactly what you are getting.

From a $15,000 surprise to a plan she can trust: Morgan's story
Morgan is an audio designer in the video game industry with her own S corp. Bad early advice left her with a $15,000 year-end surprise, then two years of guesswork and Google. We verified her structure, set reasonable compensation, built a written plan with a timeline and the why behind every piece, and set the mid-year check-ins that catch drift before it becomes a bill.
"Just seeing you map it all out gave me so much peace of mind. There's an explanation of not only when to do it, but why we're doing it."
From a $21,000 IRS bill to $3,200: Adrian's story
A missed W-2 turned into a growing $21,000 IRS liability and a bank lien warning. We rebuilt the return, caught a credit the IRS's own recalculation had missed, secured penalty abatement for reasonable cause, and answered every notice for three years until the final letter closed the case at $3,200, paid by refund offset. No check written.
Common questions
Is this the same as tax preparation?
No. Preparation files the year that already happened. The Annual Service Plan manages the year while it is still happening. Many plan members also have us prepare their return, and plan members get priority during filing season.
What if I already have IRS letters or back taxes?
Then the plan is not the right starting point, and we will say so. IRS problems go through our resolution process first, which starts with a full transcript review. Start the same intake and we will route you honestly.
What is Form 8821? Is it safe to sign?
Form 8821 authorizes us to view your IRS records. It does not let anyone move money, file anything, or act on your account. It is how we work from facts instead of guesses.
Who will I actually be working with?
James Paige IV, an Enrolled Agent, handles the tax judgment work. Karigan Paige, our Client Care Coordinator, handles intake, scheduling, and communication. We cap how many clients we take so every file gets real attention.
